Labels Inter-Global's experienced in-house graphic design staff can help you develop an eye catching label for you, or you can send us your finished artwork to us. (We can also re-create woven labels from existing samples).

If you have art-work ready, we can accept your files in the following PC Formats. (Sorry, we can not accept MacOS files at this time).

Acceptable File Formats: For Printed Items

   Adobe Illustrator™ Version CS2 or lower  (LINE ART ONLY - CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES / CURVES)

   Corel Draw™ Version 12.0 or lower  (LINE ART ONLY - CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES / CURVES)

   EPS (LINE ART ONLY - CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES / CURVES / PATHS)

Acceptable File Formats: For Woven Labels

   Adobe Illustrator^TM Version CS2 or lower

   Adobe PhotoShop^TM Version 5.0 or lower

   Adobe Acrobat^TM - PDF

   Corel Draw^TM Version 12.0 or lower

   JPEG

   GIFF

Additional Formatting Notes:

   Images should be a minimum of 300 dpi for graphics/pictures.

   Files must be saved in CMYK format. (We can only accept RGB, LAB or Index files for draft/comp purposes as colors shift upon CMYK conversion).

   Pantone™ PMS Numbers* Must be Specified for ALL colors to ensure accurate color reproduction.

   When using files created in Adobe Illustrator™ and Corel Draw™, Please convert all type / fonts to Outlines, curves or paths.

*About Compression: Gather your layout file and all associated files (scans, clipart, fonts, etc.) into a folder. Then compress using preferably WinZip™ or a similar compression program to archive the entire folder. (Make a self-extracting archive, if possible).

Layout & Design Services:

Labels Inter-Globals' in-house design services for woven labels and paper trim are free with your order. However, design intensity is limited to the order size.

Design services for samples will be billed at $60/hour, a portion which will be refunded with your final order.
