Artwork Submission Guidelines
To ensure high-quality printing and fast turnaround times, we ask that all artwork be submitted in vector format (.AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDF) whenever possible.
If your file is in a non-vector format (such as a low-res PNG, JPG, or screenshot), we may need to recreate the design, which could incur an additional artwork fee. Creating and/or re-creating artwork will be charged to you at $75.00/hour with a 1/2 hour minimum charge.
Before submitting, please ensure:
- Files are high resolution (300 dpi minimum for raster images)
- Fonts
- You may submit files with fonts left editable. However, if we do not have the fonts used in your file, we may request that you either convert them to outlines or send us the font file directly to ensure accurate reproduction. If we need the font, to modify the artwork, and have to purchase the font, we would have to charge you for the cost of purchasing the font.
- Artwork is sized correctly and print-ready
Non-Print-Ready Files
We cannot guarantee accurate results from:
- Low-resolution images or web graphics
- Screenshots
- Word or PowerPoint files
- PNGs or JPEGs under 300 dpi
Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Recreating or vectorizing non-vector artwork
- Adjusting low-res or improperly formatted files
- Adding missing bleeds or layout corrections
- Font matching if proper files are not supplied
