Ultra Soft satin

Sonic Fused Cut for smooth to the skin feel

We utilize ultra sound cutting machinery to cut and seal all our satin labels. Our cutting method is far superior to the conventional "Hot Knife" that many manufacturers use to cut satin labels. The Hot Knife method produces a melted bead at the edges of the finished label. This can cause irritation on the neck. Our Sonic Cutters produce ultra sound waves to cut the label and seal the edges preventing fraying of a finished satin label.
